Web Site Problem

I have 2 cruises coming up on RCI but only one shows up on the web site. When i try to add the missing reservation, i get this message in red.... Exception while Retrieving VoyageValue from Cache. Has anybody else experienced this? I sent an email to tech support 2 weeks ago but no solution yet. Any ideas?

RCCL website = Problems, delays, problems, problems...........

 

Don't even think about weekends, then it's even worse:rolleyes:

 

I use travel websites regularly (airlines, hotels, etc), have never seen such a sad excuse for a website as RCCL's.

 

That said, we'll continue to travel with them! :)

Yes, same problem for our whole group (5 cabins). We reported the issue several months ago and have been told a variety of things but no resolution to date. Can't use pre-cruise planner, or countdown, or book anything on-line. The worst tho is can't print cruise documents or see schedules for excursions. Being a first time cruiser I really don't know what all we are missing :mad:

Try calling RCI and discussing your issues with them - they should be able to pull your records up and confirm your bookings. 866-562-7625

I keep getting the above message when I try adding my 2nd Celebrity Constellation booking manually. Have emailed Celebrity a number of times asking what message means but have NEVER received reply from them.

Plus have phoned frequently and been told "try again in 20minutes" or "try again in 45minutes", but still get message. I booked both back to back Constellation cruises direct with Celebrity. FRUSTRATED!!!!! Wendy
