When i try to add the missing reservation, i get this message in red.... Exception while Retrieving VoyageValue from Cache. Has anybody else experienced this? Don't even think about weekends, then it's even worse:rolleyes: I use travel websites regularly (airlines, hotels, etc), have never seen such a sad excuse for a website as RCCL's. We reported the issue several months ago and have been told a variety of things but no resolution to date. Can't use pre-cruise planner, or countdown, or book anything on-line. The worst tho is can't print cruise documents or see schedules for excursions. Have emailed Celebrity a number of times asking what message means but have NEVER received reply from them. Plus have phoned frequently and been told "try again in 20minutes" or "try again in 45minutes", but still get message. I booked both back to back Constellation cruises direct with Celebrity.
