Celebrity Solstice cabin 1549

Our TA suggested this cabin for the larger verandah but now I have read in a few places that it has a "partically obstructed view". I can't find any photos to see what they mean. Also is there noise from the above deck? Has anyone stayed in this cabin? The cruise is 14 days which is a long time if we aren't happy with our cabin! Any help is very much appreciated.
