But, if you want the best dessert on the ship, go for Bitter n Blanc. Oh my.

On first day lunch menu for ships that still have traditional lunch in he MDR. It's okay - your basic flan.

 

The vacation sundae was excellent, but I don't think this menu is offered on any ship these days.

 

 

 

 

I also liked the Chocolate Brownie Melting Tart

I HATE figs.. absolute worse food is a fig..

but i tried that fig cake on our last cruise-- didnt even taste like a fig but bot was it good-- warm and cinnamony. I am sorry that I have not ever tried it before

The fig cake is very nice.

They serve it with rum raisin ice cream which is also nice.

 

But the first time I had it they served it with a basil ice cream, which sounds really weird, but was wonderful.

 

I have never seen the vacation sundae, but it looks good.

 

I used to really like the bitter and blanc, but the last several I have had were not worth eating, dried out and basically yucky.
