GreenValleyDogWalker Posted June 25, 2005 #26 Share Posted June 25, 2005 I've been in 6137 and 6142 and they were pretty much the same as far as layout and size. You'll enjoy it. Which ship are you on? I didn't like the uncovered balcony on Millennium. I liked Summit's covered balcony better. Hi Parrotgirl - Booked on the Millennium - RS 6141 - what exactly do you mean by "covered" balcony ? (duh...) Thanks
quiltmaker Posted June 25, 2005 #27 Share Posted June 25, 2005 We are going on our second trip on Millenium in February 2006. We are really looking forward to it! The last time was 2003, and before that we sailed on the Celebration in 1998. We were very impressed with the Millenium. They really know how to treat you right. Lilitchka Posted June 25, 2005 #28 Share Posted June 25, 2005 We've been on the Summit and Horizon and will be on the Millie on January 2nd, 2006. Anyone else out there who's going? Is the Olympic as great as the special restauarant on the Summit?
tromvest Posted June 25, 2005 #29 Share Posted June 25, 2005 Where they put the Cirque du Soliel on the Summit is there still a lounge where you can sit and enjoy the view?
Holly2 Posted June 25, 2005 #30 Share Posted June 25, 2005 We are also booked on the Jan 2 Millenium. Do you know if there is a roll call for it? Also wondering when the formal night is and which night is best to book the Olympic. It sounds great!
joie de vivre Posted June 25, 2005 #31 Share Posted June 25, 2005 I read that you will be on the Millie in April, when is your sail date? I am booked for the April 2 sailing. This will be my first time on the Millenium, I was on the Summit in April of this year and really enjoyed our cruise.
wolfganghowell Posted June 26, 2005 Author #32 Share Posted June 26, 2005 We are reserved for April 9th but now Mr Wolf is "playing with options" so who knows what we end up doing - he has too much time to mess around with this!!
Lilitchka Posted June 27, 2005 #33 Share Posted June 27, 2005 Let's get this straight. We are sailing on January 2, 2006, not April 2nd. I have a thread going on the Roll Call Board for the Millie on January 2nd. Anyone else going?

Bouzakis took over from Capt. Karatzas a little over a month ago. They will probably be ready to switch again by August.

Is the Olympic as great as the special restauarant on the Summit? Have not been on the Summit, but we liked all the other 3 specialty restaurants equally well.
