Hi,

How many formal nights are there on a 12 night Med cruise? What nights are they usually held on?

Also, is the brunch usually held on the third (last) sea day?

Thank you!!

According to celebrities web page and E-doc--3 for a 12+ night cruise. And others have stated, it is up to the Capt when they are.

And that is what we had on our 12 night Med cruise back in 2007. Predictably, two of the formal nights followed the usual convention--2nd night of the cruise and the next-to-the-last night of the cruise (Night 13). Our other formal night occurred during a sea day which happen to be Night 7.

Add to my previous post....If you are able to eat in BLU (aqua class) or you eat in any of the specialty restaurants, one does NOT have to go formal, one can remain Smart casual! But your free to dress up as well!

Hi,

Yes...Brunch is usually held on the last sea day...If you have 2 sea days in a row at the end of the cruise, it might be held on the first of the 2...but again...I don't think anything is set in stone. Also, as mentioned on previous brunch thread sometimes...the brunch is not always well publicized in the Celebrity Today, but might only be listed in the MDR hours for that day (10am-1pm as opposed to regular breakfast/lunch hours)...but the wait staff in the MDR are usually pretty good about mentioning/promoting it the night before.

Hope this helps.

Woody
