Sorry just a bit giddy now. Our brilliant Thomson travel agent has just matched a very good price I found with another company.

Congratulations Mary! :D Great news and such an interesting and exciting itinerary - you are clearly very pleased to have 'one in the bag'. Good for you. Enjoy the anticipation. :)

Don't know if this will help but it is a 'special' company that sell cruises.

Just had a look at their website - their registered address is a business park with a well known travel agent as the first part ie ------ ---- Business Park.

 

Are they affiliated to a well known travel agent or is it just pure coincidence??!!!

Thats the one Jules. I noticed this last night when I was looking at the email I received from them. It also says it's part of **-** Group Travel. The ones that joined with them recently.:)

this is silly Mary, not being able to mention T.A.'s as I've only got to pop over to the cruising bit of the social networking site, that must not be named, to find it lol :D

Yes the itinerary is fantastic I absolutely loved the North Cape and this one goes even further North.:D:D

Oooh, they have a loyalty scheme (£25 off for previous customers) and no credit card charges on the Deposit too. Can't be bad!!!

Yes that's good I have booked over the net before but I much prefer to go through a travel agent. So was very pleased when our Thomson TA matched the price. No loyalty discount though:( I wish Thomson would hurry up and get this sorted, at this rate when they do we will probably have run out of money to cruise.:(

That's right, and we followed that up with the repo from Harwich to Palma which was fantastic. We are not cruising this year but looking forward to 2014.

I wonder if the weather will be as good again - 30 degrees in the Arctic Circle in 2012. (Sailaway - please note!). Will remember that for a long time.

 

I think 2014 is the last year for Spirit with Thomson isn't it? End of lease or something. Will be sorry to see her leave the fleet. Perhaps something new for 2015 doing the ex-UK sailings. Who knows!!!
