riclop Posted April 22, 2013 #27 Share Posted April 22, 2013 Try renting one of their motor skooters...such fun trying to drive on the other side of the road, especially with many of the intersections being round-abouts. You must be very young and????
parrotfeathers Posted April 22, 2013 #28 Share Posted April 22, 2013 Okay. I'm booking for 2014. Whenever we get to Bermuda we take the ferry to Hamiliton and that is always one of the highlights of our cruise, we have done the helmet diving, visited St. George, taken a horse and carriage ride. The streets are very safe, we have taken the bus all over the island and we are senior citizens.
KarlS Posted April 22, 2013 #29 Share Posted April 22, 2013 If you plan to do something that is off the bus route than you might need an excursion. [like the horebasck riding stable] But, you can get almost anywhere via buses. The buses are safe and convenient. We rode the bus from King's Wharf to Spicelands stables and back on our trip last October. We booked our near-the-beach horseback rides independently.
