Does Valor have luggage express from SJU?

I've been reading conflicting things about whether there's a luggage express program available at San Juan. We'll be on the Valor in a couple of weeks, and would really like to use this if it's available.

Luggage at SJU has to go through agricultural inspection, so I doubt you will ever see it there.

One more thing to be aware of - San Juan airport is a little slow. It took us about an hour to get through the security line (and it was not particularly crowded).
