Soda brands available in Garden Villa

Never sailed NCL before. (various family members have before though)

Our family has booked the Dawn GV next year, for our Parent's 50th wedding anniversary.

Saw that unlimited sodas are one of the perks of the GV.

My Dad and I both drink alot of sodas. (neither can stand iced tea)

Been trying to find answers through search and researching many, many threads, but the only exact brands I saw listed, were Pepsi and Diet Pepsi.

Just curious if there is a list of soda choices somewhere? (I hope it is more than just those two.)

What sizes are the sodas that get replenished in the GV? (can, bottle, 2 liter?)

Also, is there a list of coffee choices and liquor choices in the GV?

What are the free drink choices that I can go get myself at the various dining venues? (other than iced tea)

Fruit Punch, Lemonade, etc.....?

Also, if none of the soda choices work for My Dad or I, can we bring a 12pk or so aboard with us?

Thanks in advance for any help former suite guests can give me in this.

Here is the list of soda on NCL:

Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Mt. Dew, Ginger Ale, Tonic water, Club Soda.

You can call the pre concierge and they will send you a list of you choices for booze, or, just wait till you board and the butler will go get them for you.

The coffee is Lavazza. There are also some teas. They are delicious!

Fruit Punch, Lemonade, etc.....?There are some flavored waters now.

Thanks for the quick replys....

I am very excited to try out NCL and their freestyle dining.

Are the Lavazza coffee's the little pod/cups?

And does anyone know if they have Vanilla Capucchino flavor?

You and your dad are Southern?

He grew up in Pennsylvania and I grew up a military brat (Ohio, California ,Delaware, Illinois, Turkey then DC), but my formative years in Baltimore/Washington area.

He moved to Florida 18 years ago when he retired and then about 5 years ago moved to North Carolina.

I moved from Baltimore to Charleston, SC 13 years ago when I got married.

So, yeah, we stand out like a pair of sore thumbs down here.

And if you couldn't tell I am a transplanted Yankee, I call it iced tea, instead of sweet tea.

I saw the SC and then the dislike of tea..... I knew something was wrong :) I actually love iced tea but hate sweet tea. I grew up in the Texas Panhandle that is often compared more to the Midwest/Southwest, so it took me awhile to get used to "sweet tea" being offered everywhere when I moved to North Texas.

If your favorite choice of liquor isn't on the list just ask the butler if you can exchange it for what you would like. We were in the owners suite and switched all 3 for others and were not charged anything. I know some ships may have different policy but I would think in the GV there wouldn't be an issue.:)

It seems to vary by butler, from what I've seen. One person can do it on ship X with Y butler but another couldn't do it on the same ship with Z butler. Shrug. It may also depend on how you ask. As someone said in another thread, always treat the staff respectfully. You get better service with a little bit of sugar.
