Bannister Island crowded?

IMO, depends on whether or not all 3 ships are offering excursions there. But I believe some lines have dropped it under contract disputes. If so, then YES it will be crowded. If up to only a private vendor, they can limit the number of people. I don't believe BI is large enough to accommodate a large crowd anyway. Though even smaller groups wcould feel hemmed in.

I have read recent reports also saying that the place was so crowded that there wasn't enough chairs. Maybe it depends on "when" you are going. We were just there in December, the week before Christmas, and it wasn't crowded at all. Plenty of chairs for everyone. I believe there were 3 ships there that day. :)
