Diving in Moorea

Recommended Posts

Hello,

We will be in Moorea in July at the Intercontinental and diving with Top Dive a couple of times before we board the PG. Does anyone know if they have a set schedule for dives? I do not want to sign up for dives on the PG that I have done, I e-mailed them but did not get an answer. Also how is their rental equipment?

Referencing the Top Dive map for diving sites in Moorea, the ship dives those sites referenced by the number 8 site (Garden of Roses, Opunohu Canyons & Shark Diving Room); titled on ship as Ledges, Canyons & Shark Gallery. This assumes nothing has changed, of course. Appears there are several options to avoid duplication. Please advise as to how you found the diving and, in particular the health of the reefs. This area, as much of the S. Pacific, had significant issue with the crown of thorns in recent past.
