Best (clean)hotel deal for group with 7 in Canaveral

We should get in town around 5 or 6 and need somewhere to stay pre cruise. What price range should we stay in? Could we put 3 in one room and 4? Thanks

Check out the RonJon Resort and get the 2bedroom with the lockout we slept 10 ppl in there......stayed there 3 times

Do either the RonJon Resort or Best Western Cocoa Beach offer transportation to the pier, and what is the price?

 

Are there restaurants on property, or are there any places walkable?

The 4 Points By Sheraton at Cocoa Beach is pretty new, clean and affordable. It also allows you to park your car for free during your cruise and take a shuttle to the ship. They have mini suites that we have slept four in (2 couples.)

 

This is also probably the hotel the person above is talking about next to Ron John Surf Shop.

For that size group you may want to check with the Residence Inn. This property and the Country Inn & Suites are the two closest to the port.

 

The RI gets great reviews on Trip Advisor.com........and seems to fit the bill for larger families

The Four Points no longer lets you park free (unless you book a package rate). It's $5.95 / day to park if you do not book the package rate. see: parkingstay.com or call the Four Points direct at (321) 783-8717 to verify this.

 

FWIW: Residence Inn would be the most comfortable for this size party, though you'd still need 2 rooms.

The Best Western Cocoa Beach offers transportation to the pier for $5 or $6. There are several restaurants close by. Walking distance!
