What's the best way to change rooms?

After putting down the deposit but before the final payment, what is the best (easiest) way to change rooms? Cancel and reboot or call Carnival? Do they have an online chat option?

Best way would call CCL direct.

Funny you should ask about changing rooms because I just did this about 30 minutes ago. First, I checked online to see if the room I wanted was priced the same as the room I was currently booked in. It was. Then I simply called Carnival and requested the change. They did it, no problems. They are very busy this morning and I was on hold for 35 minutes before anyone picked up. However, it was worth the wait.

I've long wondered if Carnival will ever start an online chat option - I hope they do.

Call Carnival and if you have your PVP extension code it shouldn't be anytime. I just call mine up and if no answer I leave a message and she calls me right back. Also, I email her if I just want to wait for the phone call and ask her the question. Really easy and quick.
