First, I checked online to see if the room I wanted was priced the same as the room I was currently booked in. It was. Then I simply called Carnival and requested the change. They did it, no problems. They are very busy this morning and I was on hold for 35 minutes before anyone picked up. However, it was worth the wait. I just call mine up and if no answer I leave a message and she calls me right back. Also, I email her if I just want to wait for the phone call and ask her the question. Really easy and quick.
