Formal Nights

We are booked to sail on Nieuw Amsterdam on a b2b cruise with the Eastern leg departing FLL on a Sunday. Ports are Tues-Wed-Thus-Sat, Western leg ports are Mon-Wed-Thus-Sat. Can anyone give us an idea when the formal nights will be scheduled on both legs, as we would like to make reservations at the specialty restaurants on non formal nights?

For the first week, most likely Monday and Friday, the second week Monday or Tuesday and Friday.
