24 day Mediterranean Collector

My family (3 adults) will be heading to Barcelona soon for our 24 day cruise. It is our first European cruise and our first cruise of this length. It will also be our first time on the Nieuw Amsterdam. Are there any bits of advice anyone can provide? We are all very excited and we are the type of family that never goes on a bad vacation (what can possibly be bad about a vacation?), but I thought some of you may have some tips to make the vacation even better!

You will love this cruise - we were on the NA for 37 days (included the Trans-Atlanic)
