Somone had indicated that on the repositioning cruise through the Panama Canal, the Concierge was Anoop and the HD was Prem. But not sure if that changed once they got to Vancouver/Seattle.

Hopefully someone else will have more current info.

As of today, Prem Kainikkara is the hotel director and Patrick is the concierge.
