Help! Allure or Freedom?

Recommended Posts

I am looking at a western caribbean cruise and I am looking for opinions as to which ship we would have the best time on. The Freedom has the same itinerary as Alure plus an extra stop in Grand Cayman.( I know we have to tender in there.) We have Freedom out of Port Canaveral which means a plane to Orlando and some kind of shuttle to the port, which is kind of far away right? Alure we could fly into Ft Lauderdale and get a cab for the short ride to the port. Please send me your suggestions!

It's hard to compare any ship to Allure (or Oasis). They are in a class by themselves. If the cost is not a factor, then choosing Allure would afford more to do onboard than Freedom.

It really depends on whether you want to go to Grand Cayman or not.

I haven't sailed on Freedom (will be sailing on Indy next weekend so same class) so can't really comment on her but I have sailed on Allure and it was amazing. Loved every minute of it and would highly recommend it.
