Switching from a cabin to a guarantee??

Call RCCL or your TA and make sure your reservation shows paid in full. If they still show a balance for whatever reason that could hold up your room assignment.

 

We have had our room assigned with less than a week to sail date.

 

Never been given an upgrade though.

Thanks for the support! We are hanging there... not too concerned because when we printed out our sail pass it says Category H guarantee which it didn't say online.... so here's hoping!

 

As for being paid in full, I'm assuming we are because we got our cruise docs and could check-in completely online, which I'm assuming they wouldn't let us do without having paid in full? maybe I'm mistaken.....

 

I'll keep you guys updated.... more so anyone else who does this doesn't worry! (unless it turns out horribly wrong of course)...
