Navigator refit - November 2013 or done already?

Everything I read suggests Navigator will get her fleet update in November 2013.

 

However, if you look at the RCI website, they currently offer two sets of deck plans for Navigator -

One saying valid to march 30th, and one valid from march 31st.

 

What are the changes in march if not a refit?

I believe NOS' refurb was moved to Jan 2014:)

This shows it scheduled for Feb/14 with no "details".

It definitely wasn't refurbished before we got on board a few weeks ago :D Although it's a beautiful ship, there was a lot of wear and tear everywhere. Our stateroom had a few screws missing from two difference light fixtures, the shower needed new caulking, the MDR had numerous light bulbs burnt out, carpets in many areas were patched and needed replacing, etc. Glad to hear that it'll be dry-docked and upgraded. NOS needs it.

NOS will go to drydock in early 2014 after she comes to Galveston in November, 2013.

Yes, refurbishment is scheduled for Jan. 2014. First cruise after that is early Feb. I think the 4th. We are cruising on her in Dec. this year and then after her refit late Feb. with family. It will be interesting to see her both before and after.
