Rare Cruise Raider Posted March 31, 2014 #26 Share Posted March 31, 2014 Anything new to report on these secret cabins from those that sailed in December? Would love to hear more about these special cabins.
Wiltonian Posted February 23, 2015 #27 Share Posted February 23, 2015 We have this cabin on the Constellation later this year, carefully chosen due to Cruise Critic recommendations. Thanks for the photos. Looks great! Betsy Just booked it for Sept 29 2016 on the Constellation out of Venice. Thanks to all the earlier posters and picture-takers. BBsails Posted February 23, 2015 #28 Share Posted February 23, 2015 Reporting in to update: We did sail in this cabin, our first non-balcony cabin ever on =X=. Found it to be a super light-filled oceanview cabin with a huge window. We loved the location because the cabin is off a corridor that is not noticeable, so there's not much foot-traffic in the area. Everything in the cabin was relatively new and shiny. The door to the cabin is perpendicular to the corridor, and while this gives you additional space inside the cabin, the space is not really very useful as it is just inside the door, sort of in front of the bathroom. If we book an oceanview cabin on the Constellation in the future, I'll definitely want this one. Bon voyage, Betsy

In May we have 3120 on Millennium, so just further down from where you were - really pleased to have nabbed this cabin purely for the huge window, as a balcony cabin on our cruise was more than double the price, so at least we will have a great view when we're inside the cabin. Great also that they're newer cabins so not much wear and tear yet, and also the quiet hallway is appealling.
BBsails Posted February 24, 2015 #30 Share Posted February 24, 2015 Enjoy the cabin, Cassicruiser. We had it for the Baltics at a great rate also. BTW we totally love Melbourne.

Glad you loved Melbourne! If only it weren't so far away from San Francisco....which I totally love!! Lucky you to live there!
denby Posted February 24, 2015 #32 Share Posted February 24, 2015 We've sailed in 3114 twice. Love the location. Next best thing to a balcony.
suekay Posted February 25, 2015 #33 Share Posted February 25, 2015 Loved this cabin so much on Millenium that we booked it again, but this time on Constellation (since booking we've managed to snag an upgrade to a Sweet 16 at a lower price:D but anytime we can't afford or justify the cost of a balcony 3112-3144 cabins are the next best thing) The window is so big that occasionally I forgot it wasn't a balcony door and tried to go outside. No bad points at all
seacruise9 Posted February 25, 2015 #34 Share Posted February 25, 2015 Hi, I had stateroom 3112 on the Celebrity Constellation on a cruise in December 2013. This was a wonderful stateroom! It was very quiet, conveniently located, and has the huge window. Also, this stateroom is newer because it was added as part of the "Solstization." In fact, I have booked 3112 on the Celebrity Summit for a cruise next year. Chuck
Cassicruiser Posted February 25, 2015 #35 Share Posted February 25, 2015 Sounds perfect. Suekay how lucky are you!! Enjoy your upgrade. By the sound of things this is perfect for viewing without actually going outside where it's likely cold and windy anyway. We'll spend a lot of time on the upper decks but at least with that great big window we won't miss much when we're in the room. The lowest grade balconies on this cruise were well over double the price of oceanview when we booked back in September and they're only going up not down... geospyder Posted February 26, 2015 #36 Share Posted February 26, 2015 We always book that "hallway" when on "M' class ships. The only restriction we have is that a number of the cabins in that hallway are connecting cabins. We tend to avoid connecting cabins because of possible noise issues. In April we have 3136 for a 34 night B2B and in January we have 3132 for a 28 night B2B, both B2B on the Mille.
