sonnyjane Posted June 12, 2013 #1 Share Posted June 12, 2013 I searched but am new to these boards and am still learning to navigate, forgive me! I am booked on an Inside Passage cruise in September. According to the itinerary, we arrive in Sitka at 7:00 and I have booked a 7:30 excursion. I'm hoping that means we MEET at 7:30 since this is a tender port. That said, do people with early excursions get priority tenders off the ship so we don't miss them? If so, how is that usually coordinated? Thanks in advance! frankc98376 Posted June 12, 2013 #2 Share Posted June 12, 2013 We did the wildlife trip in May in Sitka- the boat picked us up at the ship from the tender platform. At the end of the trip they dropped us downtown at the dock.

It is well coordinated. Your tour will be called around 7:30. Susan

Krazy Kruizers Posted June 12, 2013 #6 Share Posted June 12, 2013 Since it is a HAL excursion, your tickets will tell you what time and where to meet on the ship. HAL excursions have priority for the tours.
Markanddonna Posted June 12, 2013 #7 Share Posted June 12, 2013 They got the people on the tenders on-time in Sitka and even mentioned at 8:00 that there was no wait anymore. You are likely the only ship in the town and the operators will wait for you.
