Hair dryers on the Jewel?

Leaving next week so beginning to pack "lightly" which is very hard for me :). Are there hair dryers in the staterooms on the Jewel?

Edit to say that if you're finicky about your hair dryer and you need

certain speeds and attachments then you may want to bring one.

But there is a hair dryer there that suffices for me.

The supplied hair dryer is the kind you have to keep the button depressed to stay on.

Hair dryers on the ships work fine for me. My daughters don't like them. It's a matter of personal taste and how flexible you are. I find that by the time I step out onto the deck, the heat and humidity in the Caribbean give me the same hairdo, whether I use the fancy attachments or go with the one provided.

I thought the cruise line banned hair? So why would they have hair dryers? What's the best way to smuggle hair onto the ship these days?

The supplied hair dryer is the kind you have to keep the button depressed to stay on.

 

If you will take a large rubber band, you can wrap that around the handle and it will hold the button down for you. I can't stand to have to hold that button down. The rubber band works great. Otherwise, I don't have a problem with the hair dryers.
