Anyone use Ground Link in NYC?

NCL recommends Ground Link for transportation from Newark Airport to the cruise terminal and then for our return flight out of JFK.

 

When I asked previously on the boards, the recommendations I got were for Dial7 and Carmellimo which I have priced but Ground Link is definitely less expensive.

 

There are 6 of us so we would not be able to use a taxi.

 

Curious if anyone has used Ground Link or recommends them? Thanks!!

For what it's worth: Per the company's own website, Groundlink is an aggregator (i.e., a booking service), not a car service operator per se:
