neither of those room diagrams are what d203 is like.

you can see the tv from the bed and yes its a flat screen. if sitting at the desk, your back is to it. I never sat in the chair. it held my pj's, sweater, bags....:o so don't know if the tv can be turned or tilted to see it.

the room is like a balcony room except instead of a balcony there is a couch and across from it a chair in that space.

the diagrams are both terrible and don't show the closet properly. the closet is the standard large one across from the bathroom door.

The diagram on the right is completely accurate for a deluxe oceanview cabin -- on the Dawn/Sea/Sun. The Coral's cabin will have the more typical closet/bathroom arrangement of the gem-class ships. It'll look somewhat like the diagram on the left, although that diagram displays a much narrower closet (maybe it's for the Grand, which does have narrower closets, although she has no deluxe oceanview cabins, so who knows what ship it purports to be of . . .).

Thanks to all of you great people the mystery is solved! Once again don't ask Princess, ask CC Buddies! :D

Those diagrams both actually came from two different areas of Princess.com in regards to the Island Princess D202, plus the person at princess answered that the entry door was in the middle, the bathroom was on the left and the closet was on the right wall!!! LOL

Looking at Lana's pictures confirms that you will be watching TV (like we will have time for that! LOL) from the beds as I figured, and that the bathroom and closet config is like we are used to from our travels on the Golden, Sapphire and the Crown! We were worried that it had the teeny weeny closet like the Grand as was mentioned.

It does have a good amount of space and a good layout as has been confirmed now. We are not too sensitive to noise, so this cabin will have to do for us unless prices drop or the upgrade fairy comes to visit. I was just trying to make it easy on Mom by being close to the front decks, too bad they don't have these exact rooms on Caribe or Baja like this one on Dolphin.

Have a great weekend and thanks again everyone!!! At least it is well documented for future CC people now!!! :):):)

103 days until your next cruise! <--- Darn it!!! Long time to wait!

Happy Travels,

Mark
