Key West Dive

[Shellintampa]

Sunday November 17th wanting to dive Vandenberg while in port, but we do not arrive until 10:30 and leave at 6pm. Dive charters leave at 8 and 1 so too early and 2 late.... Does anyone know if people are at the port holding the signs like in other ports offering tours? We've docked at Key West but never noticed.
