Traditional Seating Diamond Princess

I am on the Diamond Princess 13 July and have traditional 1st seating. I've heard 1st seating is now starting at 5:30 instead of 6 PM. Has anyone recently sailed on the Diamond to confirm start time of 1st Seating?

The far better place for your research is the Princess board.

If the Diamond has 4 dining rooms like the Sapphire, it's possible that one early dining starts at 5:30 and another early dining starts at 6:00. By staggering the start times, it spreads out the kitchen demands a little bit.

 

I'm not if that's what they do, but it is possible. That would make the late seating times to be 7:30 and 8:00.

There are two early dinging times. Check your booking at Princess to see which one you have.
