How do you find out what category your room is in? My mom and nieces are book on Carnival Dream, sailing Jan. 11, 2014. Room #6244 and I am trying to find out what category that room is so I can watch for price drops. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Go to Carnival.com and look on the deckplan. The cabin categories are color coded up on the legend. And also if you hover over the cabin it will tell you the category and layout.

 

I'll try to go look.

 

ETA: 6244 is a 4D interior quad cabin.

Also, if you log in to Carnival, go to Manage My Cruise, the Online Check-in, you should see it at the top after your cabin number.

My documents have never shown the category of my room. Does anyone else remember seeing it after the cabin number?

The confirm e-mail Carnival sends tells you what catergory your stateroom is.
