Ordering a birthday cake

I'm not a dessert person but the cakes are scrumptious! Never had a better one!

Funny story...my Mom ans i sailed on Legend in March, my birthdy was March 12 and Mom had ordered $50 cruise cash for my birthday with a note saying so delivered to our cabin. Well, we did Chef's table and at the end the chef and his staff all came out with a cake singing happy birthday...only they sang to my Mom and had her name on the cake. As it turns out no one had ordered a cake but somehow the chef heard there was a birthday and assumed it was mom since the cruise cash order was from her account. It was really funny, a nice touch, and we were too full to try the cake so they had it sent to our cabin. We tried it the next day, it was sooo good! We are still talking about it and laughing about it. I'm taking her on Ecstasy in January to really celebrate what will be her 73rd birthday and am planning to order a cake for her.

If you don’t purchase a cake the wait staff will still bring a birthday desert and sing happy birthday too shoes.

You take back to your cabin any cake that you didn’t eat. If you ordered one.
