Anyone have recent AMA waterways menus they can post?

On our Cruise last July (AmaDolce) on the Moselle and Rhine, the "Standing order" was always available at Dinner and consisted on grilled steak, salmon filet, or chicken breast. There was always three "Chef Selections" offered each evening, and were different each night. These were usually entrees with a regional connection to where we were sailing.

Thanks! So it does sound like they change with the itinerary to give some local flavor! That's a good thing, I think!
