I know there are 4 bedrooms, two masters with full baths and one guest room with a bathroom and the other guest room w/o a bathroom. Can someone tell me where the 4 bathroom is located?

The description on Royal's website says the 4th bathroom is a guest bathroom, which implies to me that it's off the living room and not in any bedroom.

Correct ,it is not in a bedroom, it is across from the entrance to the 4th bedroom.
