Last minute booking

I have booked a last minute cruise - booked on Wednesday and go next week.

 

I haven't been able to log into the cruise personaliser as it says it doesn't recognise the booking reference. Is this normal?

 

I am assuming I just have to use the generic luggage tags and show my booking confirmation at Southampton (I have all of that as it was e mailed to me).

 

Have never booked so late before.

Are within five days of sailing ? If you are you can't access your personalizer.

It was nine days out when we booked it. I have tried every day but no joy. I don't suppose it will be a problem.

I had the same problem I was not able to log in for about a week, phone them up I think they maybe having some problems.

Contact who you booked with if any of the details are wrong it won't recognise you.

We go tomorrow and I can still access but can't book any shore excursions as that closes 5 days before

Well I have just contacted P&O (who we booked with) and they did have an incorrect D.O.B for me.

 

Apparently I should be able to get in tomorrow - although I was told I could go in today as long as I used the incorrect DOB - but no surprise that didn't work.

 

I won't hold my breath - the person I spoke to said she had numerous phone calls about the cruise personaliser today. She also confirmed that it wll be open to me up until the night before we go (just wont be able to book any shore excursions).

I had the same problem with my DOB registered as a day early.

 

I called them up to get it rectified, but they told me I could access it in my wife's name and DOB

It worked....

 

Got my luggage labels and e tickets.

 

They had got both mine and my husbands DOB wrong by a day.

 

Just have to think about the packing now :)
