I haven't been able to log into the cruise personaliser as it says it doesn't recognise the booking reference. Is this normal? I am assuming I just have to use the generic luggage tags and show my booking confirmation at Southampton (I have all of that as it was e mailed to me). Have never booked so late before. J.E.C Posted June 30, 2013 Author #6 Share Posted June 30, 2013 Thank you for your responses Well I have just contacted P&O (who we booked with) and they did have an incorrect D.O.B for me. Apparently I should be able to get in tomorrow - although I was told I could go in today as long as I used the incorrect DOB - but no surprise that didn't work. I won't hold my breath - the person I spoke to said she had numerous phone calls about the cruise personaliser today. She also confirmed that it wll be open to me up until the night before we go (just wont be able to book any shore excursions). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
