how well does Princess adhere to this? We'll be boarding Star out of Seattle later this Summer and want to ensure we plan accordingly if needed. TIA. :)

 

I was on the Grand in May to Alaska and my check-in time was 1:30 pm but I arrived at 12 noon and was let into the terminal right away. No check of my boarding pass. Short line too.

We arrived at FLL for the recommended time for the 49 day South American cruise and waited almost 2 hrs to board. Other times we just show up when we get there along with others that ignore the "recommended' times for embarkation.
