RCL Spanish med cruise port or starboard?

Taking a 14 day Spanish Med cruise next year on the Royal Caribbean Independence of the Seas and looking at the itinerary it looks like being on the Starboard side will be more scenic, but I'm not sure. Has anyone taken this cruise or knows whether port or starboard offers more scenery.

Thanks for any information

The main difference when at sea is if you have a balcony and you want mainly sun or mainly shade.

Can you tell us your itinerary. There are a few med ports where one side is better on arriving and departing

Also going on June 28, 2014. Trying to decide if aft cabin is better than side cabin. Most of aft cabins are not covered bby roof and gives very little privacy. Can anyone tell me if any cabin in aft is covered and gives privvacy?
