C295 is on the starboard side towards the stern.

C deck balconies are enclosed by a metal surround with a square opening rather than a fully open glass-screen fronted affair.

Bathrooms are small but fine. Airline style toilet, small bath with a shower over it, small basin, two hooks on the door and a narrow glass doored cabinet either side of a central mirror over the basin.

As for the cabins themselves, they're clean and cosy. Storage space is limited but we found no problem with 17 days of clothes plus evening shirts, jackets and suits.

Air con works well too but the toilet system seems to block easily (one cabin can block a toilet which then puts the whole row out of action) and pipes, particularly those overhead in corridors, are prone to leaking.

P&O are very quick to sort these issues though so they rarely become a problem.

Hope that helps!

Hi Judewri and welcome to Cruise Critic. What a lovely ship to experience your first cruise aboard. Ask away - the anticipation is almost as good as the cruise itself, although of course- it won't be your last !!

We use these a lot. In fact will be in one in less than six weeks time.

The advantage to these is they are totaliy private. A screen between

Cabins, virtually floor to ceiling. Yes, somewhat enclosed to the more modern

Open glass screen. But you get use to these very quickly. A home from home.roll on september28!
