I was wondering if anyone has contacted them lately via email and received a response? We used them last February to organize a private tour and had a wonderful time. However, when I have tried contacting them to set something up for our cruise this February I have not received a response. Others in our group have also tried to no avail which just seems odd to me since they were so on top of everything last time around.

I got a response a few days ago. Said the were on there break right now.

I too had a delay of almost 10 days the 2 times I emailed them. But I did get replies and have booked their tour in December when I'm there on the Emerald. Glad to hear you had a great time. I'm really looking forward to combining the waterfalls and snorkeling while I'm there!

I have emailed them and haven't received a response either...maybe I will try sending another email and see what happens.

We never ended up hearing back so we ended up changing our plans. As great as they were when we were actually there after not getting a response for over a month we moved on.

Just got back the tour was great.
