Dilemma: 30 days in Vegas or 9 day cruise?

Why dont you send your wife to work in Vegas and you take the cruise thats a win win good luck with whatever u decide:)

I would go nuts after 4 of 5 days in Vegas. I was there for a week--fuggeddaboutit!! It is really geared for short trips. If u are a big gambler, 30 days could destroy you. I vote for the cruise on the Gem.:)

The last time I was in Vegas it was the day a 17 day cruise ended in L.A. from N.Y. I was there for about 3 or 4 hours and wanted to go home, my wife and I still had 6 days to go. It was mostly because we had spent the previous 17 nights in a casino on the ship.

I agree, you could only take that in short burst. Im a bit of a gambler, so it would probably not be the wisest idea, to spend a month there making a lot of money. Plus with 2 or 3 single guy friends, who are about 10-12 years younger. I'm sure it would be a great time, but could destroy me.
