cost of upgrading from a guarantee

Recommended Posts

The scenario is: I originally booked a balcony guarantee for 875 and after a few weeks was assigned a E3 balcony which is currently going for 1050. I am still before final payment. If I upgrade to a E1 balcony now selling for 1100, would I be charged 50 or 225 extra per person ? Is the upgrade price based on your original cabin booking cost or the currently assigned cabin cost ?
