In what context? Where did you see it listed? Perhaps it means upgraded food and beverage package, #4. Again, just a wild guess.

 

If it has something to do with your booking, why not ask your agent or Celebrity directly if you are dealing with them rather than an agent.

The beverage package code is - PYPP-PYP PREM BEV.

the UPG bit sounds like it is an upgrade of something - where is it, do you see it on your booking?

It is a upgrade code for the stateroom. Most likely it was a free upgrade from Outside to balcony cabin. But maybe your travel agent did not tell you?

But at least the upg price codes are stateroom related
