Deck 7 was the Loyalty Ambassador's area and Deck 8 was RCI on-line.

 

They have added 4 cabins on each deck in those areas as well on the starborad side. The cabins have floor to ceiling windows, but no balcony.

One mote question if I can. In the same photo.

On deck 6 to the left of where I marked what is that wide bank of windows.

It's just that, a wall of windows to sit on Deck 5 or 6 and look out at the sea. From the Diagram the wall of windows is between Chops Grill and the Next Cruise Office. Same on the other side. Wall of windows between the Schooner Bar and RC on-line. In fact those windows extend down to Deck 5 also.
