Dinner time leaving Sydney???

Does anyone have an opinion on when to book dinner on first night departing Sydney without missing out on seeing sailing through the harbour or other sail away events on board?

If you are scheduled to eat dinner during sailaway, you can always go to the buffet.

I wouldn't schedule anything for the first hour after leaving port - it's a spectacular sail-away, whether it's at sunset or after dark. Can't think of any meal that's worth missing the harbor views as you leave. When we sailed, we ordered a bottle of wine and a cheese and fruit plate and enjoyed the sites from our balcony. One of our finest memories ever!
