Dining Room Manager's Stripes

Does anyone remember how many stripes the Dining Room Manager has on his epaulettes or sleeves?

Sometimes it's convenient to know which of three or four officers in a receiving line at the entrance to the dining room is the Dining Room Manager. I remember that the Hotel Director in the receiving line at the entrance to the Showroom has four gold stripes separated by white, but as many times as I've gone through dining room receiving line, I can't remember how many the DRM has.

The DRM has two gold bars with white piping. He works for the COM (Culinary Operations Manager) who has three gold bars with white piping. They both work for the Hotel Director who has four gold bars with white piping
