On board credit

Called carnival to find out where my on board credit was and she told me they accidentally hit the wrong button and applied it back to my debit card on Tuesday. Checked bank. Still not there. Really annoyed. I wanted the on board credit.

Can you ask them to send you a receipt via email? Every time I've gotten a price drop lately I've asked them to send me an email confirming the transaction details and I always got the email within 5 minutes.

They told me this on one of ours and it turned out to not be true. I would call again
