Trip Back from Copper Princess Lodge to Whittier

We're taking a cruise land tour with Princess and see where we'll be taking an 8 hour bus trip from the Copper Princess Lodge to the port in Whittier. Noticed that the bus makes a stop in Anchorage; does anyone know how long this stop will be as we're looking to acquire some wine before boarding the ship.

I assume it is a lunch stop, but who knows if the stop will be anywhere near a store that you can buy wine.

With your 8 hour time reference, you are going to have around 90 minutes in Anchorage. IF you aren't interested in lunch- which will take up time with the people dump, compromise with something light and walk up and you should be able to find a Liquor Store.
