Anyone use Cave Tubing R Us?

Has anyone used Cave Tubing R Us in Belize? I saw good reviews on Trip advisor and noticed they have a pillow built into the tube. Was told that was important!

 

Or can you recommend another company?

I can highly recommend cavetubing . bz. We have used them twice and they are great plus they serve you lunch at the owners house/property.

Our family booked our Cave Tubing Adventure with Cave Tubing R Us based on the glowing reviews we read about Dave and his company on Trip Advisor. Although Cave Tubing R Us provided us with the luxurious inner tubes with a headrest and closed bottom that links together so that there is no hanging on by feet and armpit required, we ended up walking away disappointed with our experience. Our guides rushed us through the rainforest with no narration and did not point out interesting sites along the way (we were not even shown a tarantula nor a termite mound). We knew lunch was not included in the rate, but they normally stop at a local restaurant which we were looking forward to experiencing as well. When we asked if we could also stop there, we were told there wasn't enough time--yet we were told we could spend 45 minutes at the park at the end of our cave tubing experience. We were not able to go through all three caves and bottled water was only offered during the last 20 minutes of the drive back. Our cave tubing experience from start to finish was 5.5 hours, yet we felt we did not get to experience this excursion to the fullest the way others had.

If we had the chance to do this again, we would book with a different cave tubing company--likely with someone like bz. They now offer the luxurious inner tubes as well and for the same rate as Cave Tubing R Us, their excursion includes lunch, water, soda and rum punch.
