Airport for Harwich?

We are looking at a Baltic Cruise on the Spirit next September.

 

Am ashamed to say that my UK geography is very poor for anywhere south or east of the Midlands.

 

Can someone please tell me what is the nearest airport to Harwich - we would be flying in from Malaga. Also what are the transfer options from the Airport to Harwich Port?

Norwich Airport is about 75 miles away but your other choice would be London Stanstead

 

which using a taxi /road would be about 50 mile away along the A120 road .

 

You could also check out the rail options as the train station for Harwich is a few minutes

 

walk from the ships from what I could see the other week when we was down there .

 

Try google map or AA map and put London Stanstead Airport to Harwich port and it will

 

give you a map and directions .Hope this helps to you:)

You would probably be better going from Newcastle. You can get direct flights from Malaga and Thomson put on a bus to the port.
