L-Shaped Beds in Cabins

Anybody know if you can both watch TV at the same time in a cabin where the beds are L-shaped?:D

We had such a cabin on the Black Watch. The answer is - Yes, but either you'll have to cuddle up on the bed that's better for viewing the TV or set a chair next to it.

We've been in 2 L shaped cabins on Balmoral and, yes, you can both watch the TV from your own individual bed. I had to re-arrange my pillows to the opposite end of my bed but then it was fine.

Because one of them is fixed against the wall so cannot be moved. I believe you can have them made as one double, but someone will have to climb over if they want to get out during the night :D

Well that wouldn't bother me, but we weren't offered that option. Will wait and see when we get on board I think.

Normally you are asked if you would like L-shaped , twin or double. The reason for L-shaped is it gives more room in the cabin. Ring

I enquired of FO through a travel agent about re-configuring the L beds and was told that it wasn't possible. This prompted a quick re-evaluation and spending a not insignificant amount to ensure a queen size. It pays to read the small print!! :)
