hpecorari Posted August 29, 2013 #1 Share Posted August 29, 2013 "Tier elevations are based on reward points earned within 12 months, and are valid for 18 months from date of earning." How do you take this? If you went from lucky to hot or from hot to Golden or from Golden to VIP in July.......as July would be your 'date of earning' (the date you moved from one tier to another) would that mean that you would remain that tier status for 18 months? It does say 'valid for 18 months from date of earning'. Thoughts? Harriet

garycarla Posted August 29, 2013 #3 Share Posted August 29, 2013 There were a few long threads here last week about the dates. The program is very confusing in dates and time for your level. Any of the half dozen "correct answers" could be right, subject to change of course.
