I am just off the Silhouette after doing a 12 night Greek isles cruise, what would you like to know & I will try and answer to the best I can!

What's the deal with the cabana's? Are they rented per day/first come first served or can I rent them prior to cruising?

Yes they are rented, per day. While we were on the ship I saw one of them used once! I think they are around $90 on a port day and over $100 on a sea day.

Why weren't they being rented? Seems like something that would sell out. Either way thank you for the tip.

We were on the same cruise as Swampduck and also never saw anyone using the cabanas. I didn't see the point of them, they didn't face the ocean and were a little pricey but to each his own.

 

The ship itself is terrific and the destinations in Greece and Turkey were really enjoyable (except Crete, which left us unimpressed).

 

What ports are on the seven night cruise?

For some reason I thought they'd be pretty popular but now I understand why they aren't. I also thought it would be a child friendly area.

Ports- Venice, Croatia, Turkey, Greece.

I would think the reason they would not be sold out is because it is only

a 7 day cruise and it is very port intensive. So most folks would be off

the ship during the day and would probably feel like it would be a waste

of money to purchase one and then not use it.
