You should receive a refund on the difference. If you booked through a TA, their incentives may be reduced due to lower price. They would apply the new rate (savings of $90 per person) but I would lose the beverage package ( value of $688 per person on a 14 night cruise). I respectfully declined! But it would be silly to lost the beverage package just to save $180.00. That is the one problem with the specials.
